Reykjavik – Skogar – Solheimajokull – Vik – Reykjavik
Explore the south coast of Iceland. The south coast of Iceland is rich in natural wonders and beuty. The first stop on the way is Seljalandsfoss waterfall where visitors can wiev the waterfall from behind. Shortly afterwards we arrive at Skógar , the home of the beutyfull Skógarfoss waterfall. Also at Skógar is the informative Skógar folk museum, detailing the history of the surrounding area. From Skógar we head over to Skaftafell National Park a place of great natural wonders. The park is between three glaciers, incuding Vatnajökull Europes largest glacier. After that we continue east to the glacier lagoon Jökulsárlón, where huge icebergs float in the lagoon. Next stop is Vík, Iceland´s southernmost village and the stunning black sand beach south of it, where you will see the rock formations Reynisdrangar and Dyrholaey.
